As temperatures rise, how to recognize and avoid drought stress
As summer temperatures rise it is important to adjust your sprinkler system accordingly. Your lawn should be a rich green color throughout. If you start to notice a slight changes in color in any areas you may want to consider increasing your watering times slightly.
When caught early on, an increase in water should help the discoloration within only a couple days. If conditions worsen it can take up to a couple weeks to to green back up. Keep plenty of water on it and before long your lawn should be looking green again.
